Frequently asked questions
What happens after my free trial ends?
Your agents will be paused after a 7-day grace period. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to resume them. No data is lost during the grace period.
What are model credits?
Model credits cover the cost of AI model usage (tokens). Each plan includes a monthly credit. If you exceed it, overage is charged at a small markup on the per-token cost.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
Pro and Business plans let you use your own API keys for AI providers. This gives you direct billing from the provider and bypasses our credit system.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How many channels can I connect?
Starter, Pro, and Business plans support unlimited channels per agent. The Free Trial supports 1 channel per agent.
